His sister had been taken when he was young and impressionable, and it left him
feeling empty; scarred; helpless.  Broke his family apart, made him unsure of
his worth. 

Maybe she was sent to spy on him.  But she had worked hard to distinguish
herself, and she was going to give this her best shot. 

They investigated crazy shit - UFO's, mutants, shapeshifters, and the like. 
Cases nobody else would touch with a ten foot pole.  Solved some of them, too. 

They grew close, very close.  Neither of them had any other friends, not true,
deep friendship like they had with each other.   

Bad guys murdered her sister and his father.  Gave her cancer.  Took it back. 
Teased him with a girl who might be his lost sister.  

They almost kissed.  She was taken somewhere very cold.  He rescued her.  

They kissed for real.  He ate her.  She blew him.  They admitted their love. 
They fucked.
